How it Works

Once we register you into our system, you have access to add details about your company, its brand(s), vineyards and estates as well as select which regions/denominations and grapes you produce wines from. You then input your wines and all details about them down to all of the technical specifications. Once this is entered, for each wine you receive a code and a QR symbol which you then use on the label and all of your information gets translated into a number of different languages.

When a consumer comes across your bottle, they can scan the QR code or just enter the code into a web browser. It will then not only log an entry for the wine, but time and place where the person was at. Right after capturing this information, the system will return all of the details about that wine, starting with the most important, which is whether the wine is still drinkable. I so often see wine past it's prime being sold with a shelf talker/sticker saying about how great a wine it is, when the wine should have not been sold nor consumed within the past six years. This information can be viewed in different langauges by the end-user. Additionally, the end-user can find out more information about the wine if it belongs to a style and or denomination with specific rules of production.

This whole process eliminates the chance of the consumer being told incorrect information like:

• It's just like Prosecco [or Champagne];
• It costs this much because the grapes are dried for twelve months (yes, I have heard this one); or
• It's the same thing as Albarino (this was said of Vinho Verde being the same as Spanish Albarino)

Subscriptions to this system are annual, with a higher price the first year because of client set up. Each wine has a one time fee and that wine's information stays in the system forever. So, there are no more scenarios like trying to search the web to find the technical specifications of a wine and it is no longer available on the producer's website.

For you, the producer, it is like having your own virtual product and winery representation available 24x7x365 at a very inexpensive price.

Cost

The cost for the first year is $750 USD and then $500 USD for every year after.

There is a one time fee of $100 USD per wine per vintage year.

We are offering a discounted price during the first year of $1,000 for the first two years, with no per product fee.

We are also offering clients the ability to become client/partners and purchase a stake in the company. This option would not only allow them to have unlimited use of the system forever, but also enjoy a slice of the profits.
